Have something that actually worked.

I frequently work with federal or state pdf forms. Usually, these are locked pdf files. The ability to open them and fill thim on my computer would be very valuable. Unfortunately, the file I chose; an NC DMV-18 Application for renewal; ended up as a file consisting of single words followed by 3 skipped lines and the next word, directly below the last as in a collumn, running into many pages. The words were all in the same size and font. This is useless. Maybe it is due to the use of Oxygen Office but my employer requires it as they are fearful, of lawsuit if an employee steals a Microsoft product.
