If I've created a PDF document that's locked that means I don't want everyone editing it. This program basically overides the publishers wishes and enables them to edit locked PDF files. Isn't that wrong?
The behavior can be wrong if misapplied but it isn't wrong for the utility to exist or be used for legit purposes.
And many locked PDFs can still be copy pasted from anyway.
No program should include facilities to go against the wishes of the creator of the original document.
It's called copyright infringement and is against the law in many countries
